About

Indian Lakes is a private lake association community of nearly 500 property owners, featuring a 250+ acre all sports lake with 7 common areas (private community parks) surrounding its winding shores. Indian Lakes access is limited to association members only and includes year around activities such as fishing, boating, water sports, ice skating and gorgeous sunsets over Tepee Island.

Our lake community parks provide endless opportunities for fun with waterfront access, picnic areas, playground equipment, a volleyball court and a basketball court. Indian Lakes has a walking trail for outdoor exploration and walking access around the entire lake. A pavilion building is available for Association Member use and rental.

Indian Lakes is located in Winfield Township, Montcalm County, and is approximately 42 miles north of Grand Rapids and 30 minutes from downtown Rockford (see map). Indian Lakes is an unique lake community providing the luxury of lake living within a neighborhood setting, close to city conveniences.
